Shipping Rates & Policies

Orders are shipped via United States Postal Service. Orders placed during regular business days are typically processed and shipped within 48 hours.
We regret we are unable make Sunday deliveries.
Shipping and Handling costs:
Standard Ground: $10.00
Two Day: $22.00
Overnight: $33.00


Return & Exchange Information

We take great pride in our reputation for quality and elegance. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we will assist you with a prompt exchange.

Kai Lee Couture accepts exchanges of unused items by mail within 30 days from the date of shipment. We are happy to accept such item in its original packaging, unworn, and with all tags attached. For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of any panty or bottom items.

Exchange packages should be shipped prepaid through a traceable method such as UPS or Insured Parcel Post and those shipping costs are non-refundable.

Gift Certificates

All Gift Certificates are valid within the year of expiration date on certificate. After date gift certificate is void and will not be honored or refunded. Gift certificates that are used online will be awarded as a refund once your credit card has been processed.


Cancelling Orders

Due to the speed of our order processing system, once an order has been processed, we cannot make any changes or cancel your order. We apologize for this inconvenience.


Item Availability

Items in our website are advertised in good faith. From time to time, items may be out of stock. If an item you ordered is out of stock a representative will contact you within 24 hours via phone and email. Please note: We reserve the right to limit quantities ordered.
